Lychee Smoothie for Summer!

INGREDIENTS
1 banana (peeled and sliced)
1 Can Sunlee lychees juice
2/3 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup soy milk
2 pieces of canned reserved lychee
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons honey (or agave nectar, or to taste)
Optional: ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS
✔️Place the sliced banana and canned lychees out. Freeze for at least 15 minutes.
✔️Process the frozen fruit in a blender until smooth.
✔️Add the silken tofu, lychee juice, and orange juice. Process again until smooth.
✔️Add the vanilla extract, honey, and ice cubes (if using) and process.
✔️Serve immediately in tall glasses, or chill until ready to serve.
