Β 8 cups soaked Rice Noodles (10mm size) Or you can use fresh rice noodles
Β 4 cups Chinese Broccoli
Β 3 Eggs
Β 1/2 – 1 lbs Ribeye Beef or choice of Beef
Β 2 cloves garlic
Β SunLee Stir fry Thai Fried Noodle Sauce
Β Neutral Oil
ππ«ππ©ππ«πππ’π¨π§:
Β Rice Noodles – soak with warm water for 20-30 minutes, drain and set aside 8 cups
Β Chinese Broccoli – cut ends and discard
Β Cut into 1/2 inch piece, set aside 4 cups
Β Garlic – minced and set aside
Β Beef – thinly sliced, add to a bowl
Β Add 1/2 of the minced garlic to the sliced beef and 2 Tbsp of SunLee Thai Fried Noodle Sauce
Β Mix, marinate for 15 minutes
ππ’π«ππππ’π¨π§:
Β Heat up a large wok or pan on high heat
Β Add in one Tbsp of Neutral Oil
Β Wait for oil to get hot, add in the marinated Beef
Β Spread beef out evenly and let it brown for at least one minute before stirring
Β Stir and cook for another minute
Β Remove and set aside
Β Add in another Tbsp of Neutral Oil
Β Minced Garlic and Chinese Broccoli
Β SautΓ© for 45 seconds
Β Add in soaked noodles and 1/2 cup SunLee Thai Fried Noodle Sauce
Β Gently stir, add more sauce if you prefer a more saucier noodle
Β Push noodles to one side, add in eggs
Β Stir to scramble, let it cook for a minute then mix into the noodles
Β Add in the Beef, stir for one minute
Β Serve and Enjoy!
